A team of clergy and lay people in partnership with the Diocese of Exeter form the basis of a leadership team and supporters. These are:
- Rev Daniel French - Vicar of the Salcombe and Malborough Mission Community who is the warden of the scheme.
- Rev Ruth Frampton - Curate based at Salcombe who is the chaplain to the Malborough residence.
- Debbie Plummer - Works two days a week at Salcombe Church as the administrator of the scheme
- Rev Trevor and Hannah Jordan - Trustees and involved in Plymouth placements
- Martin Beck - Trustee and Treasurer
- Joaine Bennett - Half-Time Adminstrator of the Mission Community and webmaster
- Gill Barnard - Trustee
